Aire River, Otway Ranges

I took this image last week when down at Apollo Bay. I have photographed this scene from the other ide of the bridge many times but this is the first time I have photographed downstream. I was attracted by the sandy bank in the middle ground. I also dropped my polariser off the bridge and had to strip off to me jocks and wade into the water to retrieve it.

Nice shot Peter, I hope it wasn't as cold as the weekend I was there with the 4WD club

I wish I had been there. Sounds like I may have needed my macro lens.

A beautiful shot Peter. Did anyone manage to get a shot of you in your jocks?

I had a friend with me but he was a fisherman, not a photographer.

Happy Birthday

Posted by Peter Ryan on March 10, 2014 at 16:07 0 Comments

A little birdie has told me that our oldest member, Pat Rigby, turned 90 on 25th February.

Pat has done both the photography and image processing workshops with me and is a great example of getting out there and participating in life. It has been a pleasure to have Pat in my classes and I raise a glass to your continued enjoyment in life and photography.

Peter.
